First Impressions ~ Glossybox Subscription

About a month ago I caved in and subscribed to Glossybox.  It's similar to Ipsy, which is a subscription beauty box.
With Ipsy, you pay $10/month for about 4-5 sample sized (sometimes 1 or 2 deluxe samples are included!) beauty products that are supposed to be picked just for you.  The items are personalized by "glam stylists" who use the information you submit when you take a quiz about your beauty habits and style.  And your samples come in a great, reusable makeup bag.
Glossybox works in a similar way except you pay $21/month and the 4-5 deluxe sized product samples are randomly selected.  However, the beauty items are considered "luxury" or "higher end" products.  Glossybox does not include a makeup bag.
I received my first Glossybox on August 2nd and I waited until now to open it.  What made the wait easy was that I went on vacation right after getting it.  Otherwise, that sucka would have been sooo OPENED!
The pink box within the shipping box...
Outside of the Glossybox package. I placed a perfume bottle (CLEAN Warm Cotton) on the shipping label to hide my address, LOL
Opened Glossybox
As I opened it I kept saying, "Oooh, aaah"  Exciting stuff...drum roll please...the moment of truth...
All 5 items that were included in my August Glossybox
So, I received Philip B's PH Restorative Detangling Toning Mist, which is supposed to help detangle hair, as well as, keep hair shiny and frizz-free.
My 2nd item is the Malin + Goetz Mojito Lip Balm.  It's a gel lip balm that is supposed to moisturize lips without being sticky.
Also included in August's Glossybox was GlamGlow's Youthmud Tinglexfoliante Treatment.  I'm really excited about this one because I have heard great things about GlamGlow.  Yay!
The 4th product is a body cream by Mitchell and Peach.  It's supposed to contain pure honey, organic cocoa, Vitamin B5, and shea butter.  Yummers!  I hope this has a great scent.
And last, but not least, Skin Inc.'s Custom-Blended Soothing Serum.  It claims to help hydrate and soothe dry, sensitive skin and strengthen your skin's ability to retain moisture.  That sounds spectacular!
I obviously haven't tried all of the products, so I can't rate each.  I will rate the Glossybox subscription based on my first one. Out of 5 stars, 5 being the best score and 1 being the worst, I rate the Glossybox subscription service a perfect 5 stars!  This is because of the wonderful deluxe sample sizes it came with.  I feel as if a lot of these products are unknown to many people, which I think is pretty cool.  Although it does not come with a makeup bag like Ipsy's products do, the pink box these products come in is very sturdy.  I will definitely be using it to store, ya know, um, MAKEUP!  The Glossybox is definitely worth the $21/month fee in my humble opinion.
Well, I haven't used any of this stuff but maybe some more "First Impressions" will be posted once I do!  Which one do you want to hear about? Tell me by clicking "Read More" and leave a comment for me in that fabulous comments section!
